Artichoke Parmesan Dip
Layered Mexican Dip 
Exotic Caviar Covered Egg Salad (simple) 
Pantry Perfect Appetizer:  Crab Meat over Cream Cheese, Topped with Cocktail Sauce 
 
 
 
          Artichoke Parmesan Dip

                         INGREDIENTS

            1 cup mayonnaise
            1 cup grated parmesan cheese
            1 can artichoke hearts
            1 clove garlic -- crushed, or
            1 teaspoon chopped garlic (from jar)
            paprika

                           DIRECTIONS

                     1.  Preheat oven to 325.
                     2.  Drain the artichoke hearts, and chop them up.
                     3.  Mix them with mayo, cheese and garlic combining well.                       
                     4.  Put it in a small, oven-proof casserole dish and sprinkle 
                          paprika on top and bake for 45 minutes.
                         
 SERVE  with crackers or scoop with pepper strips, cucumber rounds and/or                     
 celery sticks.      
 
NOTES: This recipe doubles very easily.  If you double it, you can use two cans of    
artichokes or  one can of artichokes and one package of frozen chopped spinich,  thawed. 
 
 
 
            Layered Mexican Dip

           Layer in glass backing dish in order given.

       
                        INGREDIENTS

             1 can refried beans
             1 pint sour cream
             1 container quacamole
             1 jar salsa
             1 package shredded cheddar cheese

            Chill and terve with white tortilla chips





            Exotic Caviar Topped Egg Salad

             INGREDIENTS
           
            1 dozen eggs made in egg salad
            2 jar orange or red caviar
               parsley for garnish
            1 pkg.Triskets or your favorite cracker
 
            DIRECTIONS

            Form the egg salad in a dome shape.  You can put it in a
            cereal bowl and invert it or simply design it yourself.  (Of
            course it could be in any shape:  bell, heart, star.)  A dome
            shape is quite different and noticeable however.

            Chill.  

            Just before serving, cover the egg salad with the caviar.
            It is beautiful!




           Pantry Perfect Appetizer       
           Crabmeat & Cream Cheese & Cocktail Sauce


               Reach in your cabinet and refrigerator and you have it in minutes!
 
               INGREDIENTS

                 1 large block of Cream Cheese (regular or lite)
                         1 jar seafood cocktail sauce
                 1 can crabmeat
                 1 package crackers or fresh cut veggies

            Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.  Cover the block with
            the  crabmeat,. then pour on the seafood cocktail sauce.

            Serve with your favorite crackers or veggie slices. (Carrots, Celery,
            Peppers, Circles of Cucumber and Squash.)
